Fire Marshal Training and Fire Warden Training

Your legal obligations

A fire marshal is required for each significant area in each building. This area could be a section of an office or factory or anywhere else that employees and members of the public have access to. As a guide, it should take no longer than 1 minute for a Fire Marshal to inspect a significant area and to be able to reach the Fire exit safely.

What about shift working or lone working?

These must be covered for any shift patterns you operate. You also need to plan adequate cover for sickness and absence levels. Lone workers should be trained in responding to emergencies.
